The promotion is open to residents of GB (England, Wales, and Scotland) aged 18 years or over only, except:

Log in and register themselves as a regular customer at www.lebara.co.uk for a 12 month SIM Only plan, which has a standard value of £4.50 each month. The plan provides for 5GB data, 1000 UK minutes and texts and 100 international minutes to call 50 countries from the UK each month. Customers must use their personalised code to get the first 12 months fully paid for( for) the above mentioned plan only. The promocode must be used at checkout to get the promotion.
They will need to provide a payment method during registration, where those eligible for the promotional SIM Plan will see no charge for first 12 months upon registering.
At the end of 12-month period, the plan will auto renew at standard price. Payment method provided will be used to take the charge.
Customers can cancel before their autorenewal at any point.
If customer cancels in middle of the 12 month promotion period, or changes the plan in any way, the promotion will be deactivated and cannot be reactivated.
Customers must use their unique promocode by 31 stJanuary 2025.
Entrants are advised to take care when submitting an entry; the Promoter is not responsible for any mistakes which might be caused by incorrect entry details.
Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
To redeem the prizes the successful winners must save and print the voucher code supplied to them at the point of entry and provide this code to the business at which they have won.
Failure to show the winning code, loss or code, or providing a fraudulent code or a code that has been used before will invalidate the winners claim.
There is a total of 133 prizes available overall.
There is only one prize available per person throughout the campaign.

X30 (thirty) 5gb 12 month SIM Only Plans. The plans include 1000 UK mins and texts.
X6 (six) Dinner reservations at The Rose Pub, available on a first come first served basis. The reservations are for specific times on the 1st December 2024. The Promoter nor the Prize Administrator can change the times and availability, but winners may contact The Rose independently.
X12 (twelve) Spa treatments at The Pelican Rooms, available on a first come first served basis. The reservations are for specific times on the 30th November and the 1st December 2024. The Promoter nor the Prize Administrator can change the times and availability, but winners may contact The Pelican Rooms independently.
X20 (twenty) Hair appointments at Rock, Paper, Scissors, available on a first come first served basis. The reservations are for specific times on the 30th November and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th December 2024.The Promoter nor the Prize Administrator can change the times and availability, but winners may contact Rock, Paper, Scissors independently.
X20 (twenty) £5 vouchers at Barkened Pet Store. The vouchers are only available for redemption on pet products over the 30th November and the 1st December 2024.
X10 (ten) £5 vouchers at Deal Records. The vouchers are only available for redemption on participating products over the 30th November and the 1st December 2024.
X50 (fifty) £5 Burger and Beer vouchers at Deal Town FC The Charles Ground, St Leonards Road, Deal, Kent, CT14 9AU. The codes are only available for the 26th November 2024.

The prizes are non-transferable, date specific, non-refundable and cannot be ex-changed for any cash alternatives or compensation in whole or in part.
All experience locations, bookings, travel (including flights), events, activities, hotels and any other goods and services are subject to availability at the time of booking
All bookings must be redeemed only on the dates of their validity. The codes will become redundant after their applicable dates.
Winners are responsible for all expenses (such as Travel Insurance) not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of their prize.
You must be over the age of 18 to participate. If you (as the winner) are under the age of 18 years old, you must be accompanied by at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older. Additionally, guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw.
Entrants for the x3 Grand Prizes to Deal will be drawn using a randomised computer process via a number generator after 30th November and before 3rd December (the “Draw Date”).

Entrants for the £5 voucher deals at Deal FC, Rock, Paper & Scissors, The Rose Pub, The Pelican Rooms, Deal Radio and Barkened Pet Store will be drawn using a Winning Moment mechanic. All will be notified immediately on the website.
The winner will be notified via the promotional website if they are an Instant Win Winner relating to prizes 8.4 and via the email address used to enter the promotion within 7 working days of the Draw Date for prizes 8.2 & 8.3, at which point they will be asked to confirm and verify their ID.
Two attempts will be made to contact winners via email over a 7-day period starting from the Draw Date. Winners have 48 hours from 2nd attempt to confirm acceptance of their Prize by replying to their notification, otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries that were received before the Closing Date using the same methodology as listed above.
Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including any spam or junk folders during this time in case they are drawn as a winner.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize, rejects the prize or are ineligible and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the valid entries that were received before the Closing Date.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or their guests accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree that any personal information provided to enter the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter, the Prize Administrators or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
The Promoter (acting directly or via its agents) will make available the winners’ surnames to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
The winners and their guest may be requested, but are not obliged, to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. The Promoter or the Prize Administrators may request to use the winners’ name, image, and before and after photographs of their experience in connection with such publicity.
The winners’ personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. All entrant data that is not needed for the purpose of prize fulfilment will be deleted by January 1st 2025. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify, suspend or cancel the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) via trade, third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) or multiple aliases to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to increase that participant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
The decisions of the Promoter are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.
The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts unless you live in Scotland in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
